What I sell

I build websites for septic companies.

Each site comes with a one-time fix of your Google Business Profile at launch: right category, hours, services, photos, and your site linked, with your name, address and phone matching everywhere.

Also at launch, a one-time cleanup of your Facebook page: any duplicate pages merged into one, the right name, phone and hours, your new site linked, and a cover made from your truck photos.

Your site goes live within 14 days of my getting three things from you: access to your Google Business Profile, the towns you cover and the services you want listed, and five to ten photos of the trucks or the jobs. The clock starts when I have those three things, not the day you pay.

After launch, for a monthly fee: hosting, SSL and daily backups. Security and uptime monitoring. DNS support. Small changes to the site, like new photos, new hours, or a service added to your list. Reports on your numbers. If you report the site down or the form not working, I acknowledge it within one business day.

The monthly fee does not include reminder texts to past customers, a review ask after each job, or the QR card for the truck. Those come with a separate plan. Ask me about it at day 60. It needs your customer records, and it has its own price, in writing before you agree.

Anything bigger is new work at a separate price. New pages or features after the plan is agreed are new work. Anything else is one-off work, priced per job and billed by a separate Stripe invoice.

How an engagement starts

Looking costs nothing. The sample is one page I made for every septic company. If it's not for you, say so and that's the end of it.

If you want it, text me. There is a setup price and then a monthly fee. You get both in writing before any money moves.

The work runs on a written agreement between you and TCJS, LLC. That agreement is what counts. If these terms and your agreement say different things, the agreement wins. Nothing on this site is an offer you accept by visiting it.

Payment

Half the setup when you say yes. The other half when the site goes live. Each half is paid through Stripe.

The monthly fee is a Stripe subscription, month to month. It charges your card automatically. It starts on the day your site launches, and only after you give written OK to charge the card on file. A text back from you is enough. Before the first charge runs, I text you the exact date it will happen.

If you'd rather get an invoice, ask me. Invoices are the exception.

If a payment does not go through, I get in touch so you can sort it out.

Cancellation

Month to month. No long-term commitment. To cancel, text or email me the date you want it to stop.

Your site comes down when the payments stop. The monthly work stops with it.

Your domain and your photos are yours from day one. If you leave, I help you point the domain wherever you want and hand you the site files at no charge. Hosting them after that is your cost. Prices are in US dollars.

Refunds

I start building 48 hours after your first payment clears. Change your mind before then and the first half of setup comes back in full. After that, it doesn't.

One exception. If I don't have the three things 30 days after your first payment, I check in once. If I still don't have them 60 days after your first payment, I refund the first $375 and we call it off. Get them to me before day 60 and the job goes on.

At day 60 you get your calls report. If your calls haven't moved, I do one extra fix that month at no charge: a new town page or a review push, my pick. That's work, not a refund.

If at day 90 you don't think the site is paying for itself, tell me in writing. A text or an email is fine. I count day 90 from the day your site launches, and I need to hear from you within 14 days after that. If you do, you keep the site files and I refund your most recent monthly payment, that one payment only, not any earlier month and not the setup payments. Service ends. This works once per client.

You decide whether it's paying for itself. It doesn't depend on a number of calls. I don't promise any number of calls, any ranking or a spot in the map pack.

Any other refund is settled with me in writing, case by case.

Disputes and chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, text or email me first. If a charge is disputed as a chargeback, that goes through your card processor's own dispute process, not a separate refund from me.

What I don't promise

I won't promise rankings. I won't promise a map spot or a call count. What I promise is the work itself: your listing right, your site live, and your numbers reported to you. Sixty days after launch you get a count of how many people tapped to call you from Google and the site.

Google decides how fast it verifies a profile. If it stalls, the site still goes live on day 14 and the profile fix follows.

I only publish what you confirm: your services, your hours, your service area, your license, and any claim about your business. If I'm not sure something is accurate, I ask you before it goes on the site. You are the one who has to stand behind what it says.

This website

The words, pictures and logo on this site are mine or used with permission. Ask before you reuse them.

The site is provided as is. I fix what's wrong when I find it. Links to other sites go to sites I don't run.

The UWG CLI app

UWG CLI is a Google app I built for my own work. It is not offered to the public. Nothing on this site lets you install it or sign in to it. How it handles Google data is in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

The date at the top is the date these terms last changed. If I change them, the date changes. Work already under a written agreement runs on that agreement.
