What this website collects
This site counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics. No cookies. Nothing that follows you to other sites. The sample (/sample) and the checklist (/checklist) aren't counted by it.
There is no form on this site. There is nothing to type into, so nothing you type goes anywhere.
No tracking pixels. No ad networks.
The site is hosted on Vercel. Vercel keeps the ordinary server logs that come with hosting. I do not use them to identify you.
What you send me when you text, call or email
I keep what you send me so I can answer you and do the work you ask for. Your number and your email are not sold and are not passed to anyone else for marketing.
Client data I handle to do the work
If you become a client, you hand me a few things: access to your Google Business Profile, the towns you cover and the services you offer, photos of your trucks and your jobs, and, for the reminder service, your customer list with the date each tank was last pumped.
I use these only to build your site and run your service. I use AI tools in my own work, including on the photos and facts you send me to build your site. The AI assistant I use, Claude by Anthropic, does not use what I share with it to train its models. I have that setting turned off. I never put your customer list into it.
Your customer list is yours. I do not sell it. I use it only to run your reminder texts and review asks. The texts go out through the texting service I use for that. Reminder texts go only to customers you tell me it's OK to text.
Your photos are yours. Your domain is yours. When you leave, the reminder texts stop.
Payments
Payments run through Stripe, by payment link and by monthly billing. Stripe handles your card. I never see or store your card number. Stripe shows me who paid, how much, when, and the last four digits of the card.

The UWG CLI Google app
UWG CLI is a command-line tool I built for my own work. It signs in only to my own two Google accounts. Nobody else signs in to it, and it is not offered to anyone else.
What it can reach: my own Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Tasks and Forms, and my own Contacts and Apps Script projects. What it does there, when I tell it to: read, write, send, organize and delete items in my own accounts.
I run it myself, and I run it through the AI assistant I work with, Claude, made by Anthropic. When I ask, the assistant reads and acts on my own accounts through this tool. So what the tool reads can pass to Anthropic while the assistant does that task.
Where the data lives: in my own Google accounts and on my own computer, plus whatever the assistant processes to do the task. The sign-in tokens are stored on my own computer.
My mailbox and my files hold messages and files from other people, clients and prospects among them. The tool handles those only in the course of my own work.
None of it is sold. None of it is used for ads.
My Claude account has model training turned off, so Anthropic does not use what the assistant reads in my accounts to train its models. Anthropic's consumer terms: https://www.anthropic.com/legal/consumer-terms
A copy of your data, or deletion
Text 240-210-9140 or email mike@uglywarthog.com. Say whether you want a copy or want it deleted. This covers anything of yours in my email, my files or my records. I delete it and tell you when it's done, except records I have to keep, like tax and payment records. Payment records live at Stripe and follow Stripe's policy.
Changes
The date at the top is the date this policy last changed. If I change it, the date changes.
