Need a review card for the truck? A reminder postcard for past customers? A one-page handout that explains pumping to a homeowner? Ask. If you let me reuse the design for other septic companies, the design costs you nothing. Printing is at the print shop's price. If it's yours alone, it's day-rate work and I say the number first.
Does it cost anything to look?
Nothing. The sample is one page I made for every septic company, with a checklist you can print. There's no tracking on it, so I won't know whether you looked. If it's not for you, say so and that's the end of it.
How much is it?
$750 to build it, half when you say yes and half when it goes live. Then $150 a month to keep it running. It starts the day your site goes live. Month to month. It's in writing before any money moves.
Am I locked in?
Month to month. No long-term commitment. To cancel, text or email me the date you want it to stop.
Who owns it?
Your domain and your photos are yours from day one. The site comes down when the payments stop, and I hand you the site files at no charge. Hosting them after that is your cost.
What if I change my mind?
I start building 48 hours after your first payment clears. Change your mind before then and the first half of setup comes back in full. After that, it doesn't.
Will I be number one on Google?
I won't promise where you show up on Google. I won't promise a map spot or a call count. Sixty days after launch you get a count of how many people tapped to call you from Google and the site.

Live within
14 daysThe clock starts when I have those three things, not the day you pay. Google decides how fast it verifies a profile. If it stalls, the site still goes live on day 14 and the profile fix follows.
